Enzyme Therapy – Hollywood’s Secret to Health and Beauty

Celebrities have found the secret to health and beauty by using enzyme therapy for diet, facials, and supplementation.

Celebrities have been known to yo-yo back and forth between different diet fads, ridiculous workout routines, and super food nutrition that change with the wind. But one trend in Hollywood that actually has major scientific validity is Enzyme therapy. Enzymes, in fact, have not only been used for years with great success by Hollywood’s elite, but are credited with keeping certain stars looking and feeling young.

Enzymes can be found from a variety of sources and used in a variety of ways. For example, stars like Drew Barrymore and Channing Tatum take digestive enzymes to help support a healthy diet. Both stars are reported to take a daily digestive enzyme orally to help support digestion and incorporation of vitamins and nutrients. Nutritionist to the stars, Kimberly Snyder, recommends both Barrymore and Tatum use the enzymes to help maintain and utilize energy for their always busy schedule.

Other ways that stars shine with enzymes is by using the best parts of raw fruits and vegetables and turning them into facials. Jessica Alba not only uses a pineapple facial that contains Bromelain on her own skin, but also has her own skin care line that utilizes enzyme therapy to keep skin fresh and young. Other stars like Gwyneth Paltrow use enzyme therapy  with a much more naturalistic approach by using raw foods to ingest natural enzymes at their source. Foods like spinach, pineapple, papaya, and broccoli have powerful digestive enzymes that keep celebrities healthy, energized, and beautiful.

Enzymes are essential for life, but when used correctly, they can have energizing and beautifying effects. Drew Barrymore, Channing Tatum, Jessica Alba, and Gwyneth Paltrow all use enzyme therapy to stay healthy and beautiful.
