With certifications from the Karuna Center for Yoga in Massachusetts and the Breathing Project in New York, Melissa, has completed over 400 hours of yoga, anatomy and breath training. She has studied with Iyengar certified teacher Eileen Muir, best-selling yoga anatomy book author Leslie Kaminoff and Body-Mind Centering practitioner Amy Matthews. Melissa is a Reiki Level II practitioner and practices other forms of energy work. She is Redcord Active certified and has an undergraduate degree from Smith College, 2003 (BA in Religious Studies and Psychology).

Ari was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, an incurable inflammatory disease of the digestive tract. His case was severe, and required over a dozen daily medications and several hospital visits. After reaching a personal low point in the hospital, he decided he would do everything in his power to strengthen his then weak body. Through a combination of yoga, nutrition, natural supplements and rigorous exercise (Ironman and Crossfit) he was able to fight back the symptoms of Crohn’s until he was finally declared free of all traces of the ‘incurable’ disease. Through the process of data collection, self tracking, and analysis, he developed Less Doing. It is a way of dealing with the daily stresses of life by optimizing, automating, and outsourcing all tasks in life and business.
